Activity: Mountain tour to the Kulmspitze (1095 m, JN67QU, SOTA / GMA); Descent: continuation of the Kulmrunde circular route
Start and finish: Loibichl / car park at the bathing area at Mondsee (chargeable in the bathing season)
Total duration: 6; 15 hours
Path: very well signposted / marked side streets, forest and meadow paths when climbing over the vineyard; Descent via Stabau less well signposted / marked
Weather: foggy and cold in the valley, lots of sun above; windy at the summit
Amateur radio: Yaesu FT1XDE with original spiral antenna; Max. 5 W FM at 2 m and 70 cm
QRV on the Kulmspitze (1095 m, JN67QU, SOTA / GMA): 5 QSOs on 2 m - simplex frequencies with Markus, OE5CRP; Gerhard, DO1GER; Hans, OE5LJM; Heinz, OE5HDN and Val, OE5VJO.
